Delivery
Shipping Fees
Some of our suppliers offer free shipping above a certain amount; others do not. Shipping fees therefore depend on the items in your cart.
Shipping fees are added before the final confirmation of your order.
Delivery Times
Most of our products are shipped directly by our partner brands. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on your location, the carrier and the supplier.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
A tracking number will then be provided so you can track your package. An order with items from several brands may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Product Availability on the Website
Products on the Agatha website are usually in stock or available from the supplier (Special Order*). It may happen that a product available online is not available in store. The website reflects product availability at the time of the most recent inventory update. Agatha is not responsible for inventory shortages associated with delayed inventory updates. Should such a situation arise, it will be indicated when sending that the items are out of stock and we commit to issuing a refund as soon as possible. If an additional delay related to supplier procurement occurs, a communication will be sent and we commit to issuing a refund as soon as possible or finding an alternative to the chosen product.
*Special Order: Product reserved in the next arrival. Allow 15 to 30 business days for delivery. A delivery confirmation email will follow the purchase.
Delivery to a Third Party
You can have a purchase delivered directly to another person, with no additional delivery fees.
When making payment, simply enter your own address in "billing address" (you will receive the invoice by email) and the address of the person to whom you wish to have the items delivered in "shipping address".
Note that in such a case, price tags will be removed from the products for more discretion.
Also, please note that gift wrapping is available for the holiday season with an additional fee of $9. A nice way to send your lovely presents to all your little darlings. A customizable card is also included in the packaging.
Order Cancellation
Agatha boutique reserves the right to cancel and refund any order submitted via its website. In such a case, an email confirming the refund of your order will be sent to you.
Item pick-up is at our Distribution Center. Please note that some remote areas are not served by our carriers and therefore we will not be able to deliver your purchases.
