Most products sold on our site are shipped directly by our partner brands, so return policies can vary slightly from one supplier to another.
As a general rule, items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
be in their original packaging
include all tags and accessories
be unused, unwashed and in their original condition
be returned complete, and disassembled if applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Final sale items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
items purchased with a promo code or at 40% off or more (other sale items can be returned under the conditions above)
clearance items
gift cards
car seats (for safety reasons)
some hygiene products (e.g. swim diapers, cloth diapers, nasal aspirators)
Return process
To make a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@agathaboutique.ca with your order number and the item or items you want to return.
Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address of the supplier concerned.
Once the supplier has received and inspected the product, the refund is issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping and return fees.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for the return to be fully processed after the item is received.
Return shipping
Whether return shipping is free depends on the brand: some brands cover it, others don't. It is always free when:
the product received is defective
the product received does not match the order
Defective products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it.
