Billy and the Mini Monsters: Monsters at Halloween

At the village Halloween party, Billy discovers his Mini Monsters scattered among the games: Sparkle-Bogey bobs for apples, Trumpet hides in a pumpkin and Gloop joins a guessing game.

It belongs to the popular Billy and the Mini Monsters series, whose first book was nominated in the Sheffield Children’s Book Award Early Readers category in 2018. A book in the series has also been chosen for the second year running for the Reading Agency’s Summer Reading Challenge.

Billy races to gather them before guests notice, though Peep may have to help. This ninth series entry uses humorous pictures, comics and straightforward prose for ages five to eight.
