Beluga Cove Baby Carrier – Denim

Meet the Cove in Denim, Beluga's buckle carrier, also known as the Beluga Buckle. You can wear it on the front, on the hip or on the back, keeping your little one snug against you with your hands free for everything else.

It is the comfiest carrier. It offers the ultimate in breathability. The curved straps alleviate shoulder pressure points and back pain. The deep seat is ergonomically correct for babies young and old. It gives a feeling of weightlessness. It comforts and calms your baby or toddler.

Its fabric is a breathable blend of 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton, soft and thin while still supportive. Each carrier is handmade in Vancouver, Canada, by technicians paid a living wage. The curved shoulder straps follow your body, spread baby's weight evenly and adjust in two directions, with fit-adjustment straps on the shoulder panels. Dense padding helps the waistband keep its shape over time instead of folding or bunching. Pleats in the body and an adjustable seat width give baby a deep seat with support from knee to knee, and padded leg openings keep the backs of the knees from chafing. You also get beige straps, a hood with its own zippered pocket, long hood straps that make the hood easier to pull over baby during a back carry, and a chest/back clip set on reinforced rails so it does not slide. It has been tested by women from size 0 (XXS) to size 22/24 (XXXL), and the waistband adjusts from 26 to 52 inches.

The Cove is made for babies from 7 to 50 pounds, newborn to about four years old. Use the back carry only once your baby can sit unassisted. The carrier is certified Hip Healthy by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.
