Mindful Kids was created by Mideer with Barefoot Books, a well-known British book company, and features artwork by celebrated German illustrator Mina Braun. Two international teachers, Whitney Steward and Mina Braun, put the activities together. The front of each card shows how we should handle our emotions, while the back explains how to manage emotions within the story. The box holds a manual along with 50 double-sided cards combining pictures and text.
