DIRECTIONS:
Infusion: pour 250ml of freshly boiled water over 1-2 tsp of loose leaf dried Herb, cover, and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy! TIP: the longer the Herbs steep, the stronger and more potent your tisane becomes. *Optional: stir in 1 tsp of blackstrap molasses for added iron and blood-building*.
