Nursing, posture, yoga: the p'tit etc, a Coussins etc bolster, covers all three despite its small size.

It rounds out the support when you feed your baby — at the breast, changing positions, or with a bottle. A simple press moves the filling and fits it to your build; it stays light without ever sliding.

Professionals use it: care and health centres, including La source en soi, in massage therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture in particular.

It has become a fixture of yoga sessions.

Construction details: main cover in 100% cotton, various prints; a 50/50 filling of buckwheat hulls and expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air), lighter than cushions filled with hulls alone. The filling pouch is 100% polyester and closes with a zip, so you can add or remove filling as you like.

Care: removable main cover, machine care in cold water on a regular cycle; leave the dryer aside, it would shrink the fabric.

IMPORTANT: because of the buckwheat hulls, the p'tit etc itself goes in neither the washer nor the dryer. Only the cover is washable.
