The p'tit etc is the little bolster from Coussins etc: versatile, it moves from nursing to posture and yoga.

It rounds out the support when you feed your baby — at the breast, changing positions, or with a bottle. A simple press moves the filling and fits it to your build; it stays light without ever sliding.

In a yoga class it has become a must.

A number of care and health centres use it, among them the La source en soi centre, for massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture and more.

Construction: a main cover in 100% cotton, offered in a range of prints. The filling blends 50% buckwheat hulls with 50% expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air), which makes it lighter than a cushion filled with hulls alone. The filling pouch, in 100% polyester, has a zip so you can add or remove filling as you like.

Care: the main cover goes in the machine — cold water, regular cycle — as soon as you take it off. No dryer: it would shrink.

IMPORTANT: because of the buckwheat hulls, the p'tit etc itself goes in neither the washer nor the dryer. Only the cover is washable.
