The p'tit etc: a Coussins etc bolster, small and versatile, at ease in nursing as much as in posture or yoga.

Feeding becomes more comfortable: nursing in changing positions, or bottle feeding, it supports you either way. The filling moves easily to suit your build. Light, but firmly planted.

Yoga has adopted it without reservation.

You will find it in several care and health centres, including La source en soi, during massage therapy, osteopathy or acupuncture sessions.

Construction: main cover in 100% cotton, offered in a range of prints. The filling is half buckwheat hulls and half expanded polystyrene microbeads, made of 2% recycled plastic and 98% air — hence a bolster lighter than those filled with hulls alone. A zip on the 100% polyester pouch lets you adjust how much filling there is.

Care: the main cover comes off effortlessly and machine washes in cold water on a regular cycle. The dryer is to be avoided, as it would shrink it.

IMPORTANT: because of the buckwheat, the p'tit etc never goes in the washer or the dryer; you wash the cover only.
