Coussins etc offers its cushion in bolster form: the p'tit etc, small, versatile, good for nursing, posture and yoga.

It rounds out the support when you feed your baby — at the breast, changing positions, or with a bottle. A simple press moves the filling and fits it to your build; it stays light without ever sliding.

The La source en soi centre and other care and health centres use it in massage therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture.

It is also a fixture of yoga classes.

How it is made: 100% cotton for the main cover, with several prints to choose from. Inside, an equal blend of buckwheat hulls and expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air) makes the bolster markedly lighter than all-buckwheat models. The 100% polyester pouch opens with a zip so you can dose the filling.

Care: take off the main cover, machine wash it in cold water on a regular cycle, and leave the dryer out of it so it does not shrink.

IMPORTANT: no washer and no dryer for the p'tit etc itself — the buckwheat hulls rule it out. The cover, on the other hand, can be washed.
