Small and versatile, the p'tit etc is the Coussins etc bolster: nursing, posture, yoga.

An extra prop at feeding time — nursing in varied positions or bottle feeding — it is set by moving the filling, whatever your build. Light, it still holds its position.

The La source en soi centre and other care and health centres use it in massage therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture.

In yoga class, it is hard to go without.

Construction details: main cover in 100% cotton, various prints; a 50/50 filling of buckwheat hulls and expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air), lighter than cushions filled with hulls alone. The filling pouch is 100% polyester and closes with a zip, so you can add or remove filling as you like.

Care: the main cover goes in the machine — cold water, regular cycle — as soon as you take it off. No dryer: it would shrink.

IMPORTANT: only the cover is washable. The bolster, because of the buckwheat hulls, goes in neither the washer nor the dryer.
