Meet the p'tit etc, the Coussins etc bolster: compact, versatile, equally at home for nursing, posture or yoga.

Nursing while changing positions, or bottle feeding: it brings the extra support you need. The filling shifts in one movement to suit your build, and being light does not stop it from staying put.

It has also made itself indispensable in yoga class.

You will find it in several care and health centres, including La source en soi, during massage therapy, osteopathy or acupuncture sessions.

Construction details: main cover in 100% cotton, various prints; a 50/50 filling of buckwheat hulls and expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air), lighter than cushions filled with hulls alone. The filling pouch is 100% polyester and closes with a zip, so you can add or remove filling as you like.

Care: the main cover slips off in one movement and machine washes (cold water, regular cycle). The dryer is off limits, or it will shrink.

IMPORTANT: the p'tit etc cushion does not go in the washer or the dryer — the buckwheat hulls forbid it. The cover, however, is washable.
