A bolster from Coussins etc, the p'tit etc plays on size: small, versatile, good for nursing, posture and yoga.

For feeding, it is the ideal extra support: nursing in several positions or giving a bottle. It adjusts to any build by simply moving the filling, and its lightness does not cost it any stability.

In yoga class, it is hard to go without.

It has its place in care and health centres, such as the La source en soi centre, during massage therapy, osteopathy or acupuncture treatments.

Construction: a main cover in 100% cotton, offered in a range of prints. The filling blends 50% buckwheat hulls with 50% expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air), which makes it lighter than a cushion filled with hulls alone. The filling pouch, in 100% polyester, has a zip so you can add or remove filling as you like.

Care: removable main cover, machine care in cold water on a regular cycle; leave the dryer aside, it would shrink the fabric.

IMPORTANT: only the cover is washable. The bolster, because of the buckwheat hulls, goes in neither the washer nor the dryer.
