Le p'tit etc. Waterproof Bolster

From Coussins etc, the p'tit etc is a small, versatile bolster made for nursing, posture and yoga.

Nursing while changing positions, or bottle feeding: it brings the extra support you need. The filling shifts in one movement to suit your build, and being light does not stop it from staying put.

There is no doing without it in a yoga class.

Care and health centres use it during treatment — the La source en soi centre for instance, in massage therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture, among others.

The main cover is 100% cotton, in a variety of prints. The filling: 50% buckwheat hulls, 50% expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air), lighter than buckwheat on its own. A zip on the 100% polyester pouch lets you remove or add filling.

Care: machine wash the main cover, cold water and regular cycle, once you have taken it off. Avoid the dryer so it does not shrink.

IMPORTANT: the p'tit etc cushion does not go in the washer or the dryer — the buckwheat hulls forbid it. The cover, however, is washable.
