The p'tit etc: a Coussins etc bolster, small and versatile, at ease in nursing as much as in posture or yoga.

Ideal as an extra prop when you feed your baby: nursing in different positions, or bottle feeding. Whatever your build, just move the filling to adjust it. Light, but steady.

In massage therapy, osteopathy or acupuncture, several care and health centres — among them La source en soi — have put it to work.

Yoga classes no longer do without it.

Construction: a main cover in 100% cotton, offered in a range of prints. The filling blends 50% buckwheat hulls with 50% expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air), which makes it lighter than a cushion filled with hulls alone. The filling pouch, in 100% polyester, has a zip so you can add or remove filling as you like.

Care: take off the main cover, machine wash it in cold water on a regular cycle, and leave the dryer out of it so it does not shrink.

IMPORTANT: the p'tit etc cushion does not go in the washer or the dryer — the buckwheat hulls forbid it. The cover, however, is washable.
