From Coussins etc, the p'tit etc is a small, versatile bolster made for nursing, posture and yoga.

When feeding time comes, it provides the extra support: nursing in changing positions, or a bottle. Its filling shifts easily, which lets it adjust to any build. It is light and yet very steady.

The La source en soi centre and other care and health centres use it in massage therapy, osteopathy and acupuncture.

It has become a fixture of yoga sessions.

Construction: a main cover in 100% cotton, offered in a range of prints. The filling blends 50% buckwheat hulls with 50% expanded polystyrene microbeads (2% recycled plastic, 98% air), which makes it lighter than a cushion filled with hulls alone. The filling pouch, in 100% polyester, has a zip so you can add or remove filling as you like.

Care: removable main cover, machine wash in cold water on a regular cycle. No dryer, as it would shrink the fabric.

IMPORTANT: because of the buckwheat, the p'tit etc never goes in the washer or the dryer; you wash the cover only.
