DIRECTIONS:
Infusion: Using 1-2 tsp of loose leaf dried Herb, pour over it 250ml of just-boiled water. Cover the cup, give it about 10-15 minutes to steep, then strain before sipping! TIP: Leaving the Herbs in longer produces a bolder, more potent tisane.
