Babies grow up far too fast — and we often regret not having taken more photos of just how small they once were. This set of 13 natural wood milestone discs (an "I'm here..." arrival disc, months 1 through 11, and 1 year) acts as a gentle monthly reminder to snap a few shots all through baby's first year. The deliberately minimalist design keeps the focus on your little one, never on the disc itself.

Made from 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) cherry plywood, the discs are sturdy enough that your child can't damage them — even by putting them in their mouth — and being wood, they can be reused for other babies who may one day join the family. Note that the edges of the cutouts are black, and that buying wooden products means accepting natural colour variations and imperfections; it's also an eco-responsible purchase, and we love that. If needed, clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
