Born on June 21st, Penelope the flamingo comes from a fantastically sunny place where palm trees sway and tropical flowers bloom. Confidence comes naturally to this darling — after all, nobody is better at being Penelope than Penelope, just as nobody is better at being you than you. There's purpose stitched into every doll: each one provides 10 meals to children in North America and around the world, supporting a goal of providing 1 million meals a year. The signature 10-meal wristband is a reminder of that promise.

Each doll is hand knit from premium 100% cotton yarn, with a high stitch count that brings durability along with softness, then finished with premium felt and knit details. Hypoallergenic polyfill filling gives it the perfect weight for cuddles, and it is certified safe and non-toxic to both US and Canadian safety standards. Handmade in Peru using sustainable, fair trade practices, it comes in two sizes: little at 13" tall and regular at 20".
